|  The Cal Pump Torpedo Bio Filter is designed specifically for water gardening and koi ponds. It is constructed of high impact, UV protected, glass filled polypropylene. The Torpedo Bio Filter is designed with the highest quality and long lasting components.
The Cal Pump Torpedo Bio Filter includes two types of filtration, mechanical and biological. The mechanical action of this filter is based on the removal of organic and inorganic particles from the pond water. The water to be filtered is forced through one specially graded screened cartridge which catches the particles on the outside of the cartridge.
Includes Filter Media and Bio Balls and a 3/4" Ball valve for back wash discharge port.
