These versatile filters work for most ponds and offer the option of installation above or below ground level. The 3000 gallon model is available featuring Powerclenz - the patented automatic cleaning system which enables the filter to be cleaned with the twist of a knob.

The patented Powerclenz automatic cleaning system  is unique in that by twisting a knob, the filter automatically cleans itself. Simply turn the tap to position "Clean", and the foam will be squeezed by up to one thousand pounds force through water pressure, forcing out pond sludge.

These external pressure filters can be buried above or below pond level, and feature 3 different types of filtration to keep your pond water super clean and healthy.

Water first flows by a UV lamp to clump algae, then is pushed through specially-developed sponge pads to trap particles, then finally passes through the SUPRA biological filter medium for ammonia and nitrite reduction.

To maintain, simply turn the Powerclenz knob to the "CLEAN" position, and 1000 lbs of pressure forces out the sludge - instant fertilizer for the garden! Includes universal barbed tubing connectors.

The revolutionary design of these filters combines Ultraviolet clarification, mechanical filtration and biological filtration to guarantee clear purified water. All models feature U.V. bulbs positioned above the water to eliminate the need for quartz tube replacement or problems associated with frost damage or scaling. Periodic filter foam rinsing and annual bulb & foam replacement is the only maintenance required.
